Tell us the dates, who's coming, and what they'd actually enjoy. “Two of us ski hard, my parents don't” is more useful than a list. We come back with something specific and priced, and it's booked before you land: gear fitted, fridge filled, tickets held, table reserved.
Most guests don't know half of this is possible. That's what this page is for. Read the whole menu, think outside the box, and let us know ahead of time. We have the contacts and the team in place to make it happen.
Year-round. Arranged at booking, or any time after.
Met at Glacier Park International, fifteen to twenty minutes from Whitefish.
Your list, in the fridge and the pantry before you land. Down to the coffee you actually drink.
Black Tie brings the gear to the house and fits it there. No rental counter, no boot-fitting on day one.

The best night is the one you didn't leave the house for. Most of these need forty-eight hours' notice, a few need more.
A multi-course dinner for the whole group, or a stocked breakfast before an early start.
After the ski day. Or the trail day. Or both.
In the great room, or out on the deck.

Family sessions, proposals, weddings.
For the table, or for the aisle.

For the first time since 2020 you don't need a vehicle reservation to drive into the park. That changes how the day works: the question is no longer whether you can get in, it's how you get to the top.
Going-to-the-Sun now runs a ticketed shuttle to Logan Pass, and Logan Pass parking is limited to three hours. Drive yourself and you plan the walk around the clock. Take the shuttle and you plan it around the timetable. Which is right depends on the hike you want, and we'll tell you.
Gates still close for a while when a corridor fills. Leave the house before six or after four and you miss most of it. Tell us what you want to see and we'll plan the day around the light, hold the shuttle tickets, and have the car stocked before you leave.
Booked with us already, or still deciding? Either way, we'd love to help you craft something memorable.
