Soaring Eagle Lodge is what happens when a family pours $5.8 million and an obsessive eye for detail into a Montana home. Three or four or five families can spread out across the lodge and still actually find each other for dinner.

Mornings begin at the master-suite coffee bar with the Glacier peaks pink in the windows. Afternoons split off. Kids in the 12-seat theater, grandparents in the 8-person steam sauna, the rest of the crew bouncing between the game room and the smoker. Evenings end in the hot tubs with the stars coming out behind the mountains.

This is a house designed for milestone birthdays, ski trips, family reunions, and friendsgiving. For the rare weekend you can finally get the whole crew in one place. We've thought of it all so you can focus on the people, not the logistics.

THE CUSTOM TOUCHES

We brought the outside in.

This downstairs mural is one of several that a high-end muralist hand-painted across the lodge. We flew her in specifically for this house and gave her a single direction: tie every wall back to the Glacier National Park peaks just outside.

That same obsessive attention shaped the rest of the build. A 12-seat home theater designed like a small cinema. Two hot tubs and two saunas, a custom-millwork master suite, designer fixtures sourced one piece at a time. The result is a lodge that feels deeply personal. Not a flip. Not a portfolio property. Somewhere truly special.

THE GAME ROOM

A custom glow-in-the-dark arcade.

Black-light walls hand-painted with a Montana-mountain motif that lights up after dark, plus arcade games, Pop-A-Shot, shuffleboard, and a built-in lounge for spectators. The kids disappear in here for hours, and most adults end up joining the tournament.

THE THEATER

A 12-seat custom cinema.

Designed and built like a small private movie theater: three rows of plush red recliners, dimmable sconces, surround sound, and a screen big enough to feel like a real night out. Bring popcorn. Argue over the movie. End the night here.

THE MASTER SUITE

A spa-style retreat with the mountains in every window.

Floor-to-ceiling windows pointed straight at the Glacier National Park peaks. A spa-style en-suite bath with a deep soaking tub framed by another wall of mountain glass. Custom millwork, designer fixtures, and a coffee bar built into the room, so the first cup of the day never needs a stairwell.

Two hot tubs, two views

Both face the Glacier peaks. Open year-round. Soak after a day on the slopes, watch the alpenglow, then watch the stars come out behind the mountains.

Two saunas, side by side

An 8-person steam sauna in the basement and a 4-person cedar barrel sauna on the back deck. Cleansing heat with views the brochures never quite capture.

12-seat movie theater

Red leather recliners, dimming lights, popcorn. The kids vanish into it after dinner. The adults usually follow within an hour.

Custom game room

Arcade games, Pop-A-Shot, shuffleboard, the works. Designed for the kind of group that's still talking about the championship six months later.

Master-suite coffee bar

Brea added a second coffee bar in the primary suite so the first cup of the day never needs a stairwell. The milkshake bar downstairs has earned its own following.

Smoker, grill and fire pit

A full meat smoker, an outdoor grill, a long dining table on the deck, and a stone fire pit for s'mores under the Big Sky. Built for legendary Montana cookouts.
