The home

The river is forty feet from the deck.

Lodge 93 sits directly on the Stillwater River, a hundred yards from Stillwater Lake, with seven more lakes inside five miles. Five kayaks and paddleboards wait on the lawn. You can fish, swim or launch without getting in the car.

What makes it unusual is not the water, it is what has been built around it. A barrel sauna on the deck. A hot tub facing the treeline. And a glass geodome at the end of a boardwalk, lit from within, with a cushioned lounge inside and the pond glowing beyond the mesh. At dusk the three of them light up together, and that is the photograph people send to their group chat.

Inside: a stone fireplace under a vaulted ceiling, a live-edge log bar, a coffee station with drip, French press and Keurig, and a vintage milkshake mixer that shows up in more reviews than anything else in the house. Three bedrooms, five beds, sleeps eight. Fifteen minutes to downtown Whitefish, twenty to the mountain.

What Ultara Stays adds

Arranged before you arrive.

A river house has more moving parts than a house.

“My family had a great time staying at lodge93 for the week. It is secluded with a lot to do if you want to stay in and relax. It's just a short drive to town, GNP and trails.”

“The views from this property are absolutely stunning and were by far the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was also very well stocked with cookware, dishes, and supplies, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations, especially for a pr”

“One of our favorite places we've ever stayed at. We had the best time and didn't want to leave. The house itself is incredible and was stocked with everything we needed. The milkshake machine was so fun! We loved the hot tub, sauna, sipping coffee on the back porch while watching all the wildlife, p”

Where you'll be

Fifteen minutes out, and a world away.

Olney sits north of Whitefish on Highway 93. The cabin has river frontage on the Stillwater, its own dock, and Stillwater Lake a hundred yards off the lawn.

Forest service roads and seven lakes inside five miles make this the quiet half of the valley — close enough to town for dinner, far enough that the loudest thing at night is the water.
