They are not your rental agreement. If you book a stay, a separate rental agreement and the house rules for that property govern the booking, and they take precedence over anything on this site.
We describe our properties and services as accurately as we can, and we verify what we publish. Even so, photographs, amenities, drive times, availability and prices can change, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm a booking in writing.
Drive times are approximate and vary with season, traffic and road conditions. Information about Glacier National Park access, resort operating dates and third-party activities comes from those operators and can change without notice to us.
Bookings are made through our booking provider, through the booking form on each property page, or through the platforms we list on, and are subject to the rates, deposits, fees, taxes and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

Statements on this site about the number of homes in the portfolio and the number of available places are accurate at the date shown and are not a guarantee of future availability.
Activities and services we arrange, including everything listed on our Experiences page (guides, chefs, transport, rentals, tours), are provided by independent third parties under their own terms, and are subject to their own risks, waivers, cancellation policies and insurance.
We arrange these on your behalf as a convenience. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and booking one through us does not make us a party to your contract with them.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it systematically, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
The content of this site — text, photographs, layout, and the Ultara Stays name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
